Years working in news, on talk shows, and producing content has put Michele at the forefront of guiding talent to be their best for broadcast, presentations, public speaking and interviews. As a seasoned media and entertainment producer she has casted, auditioned and directed actors for roles, nurtured talents for TV shows and guided personalities on how to bring the best of themselves forward.
Her content development and production expertise began in the newsroom of CBS WBBM-TV and “The Oprah Show” where she learned to source individuals for interviews and to tell their stories on TV. Before producing, she worked for 3 years with one of Chicago's leading casting directors and oversaw background on commercials and film projects like "Home Alone", and "The Jackal."
Michele has produced award-winning and acclaimed TV series, talk shows, films, commercials, music videos, live event specials, documentaries airing on such networks as TV One, VH1, MTV, Court TV, Discovery Home, BET, and HBO. She refined her digital marketing and branding expertise working with Visual Goodness and Ogilvy One Advertising managing the development and build of digital content for companies such as COPA90, TheRoot, IBM, Nestlé, PONDS, and TD Ameritrade.
Two of her acclaimed highlights are “TV One’s Live DNC After Party”, a TVOne program covering the presidential nomination, and as the creator and executive producer of food show "Inner Chef" featuring Marcus Samuelsson on Discovery Home. She’s directed news and red-carpet segments for HBO & BET news programs. For both these networks she sourced the stories and obtained sit down interviews with A-list talents: Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan, Morgan Freeman, John Cusack, Halle Berry, Kevin Spacey, Faye Dunaway, and Cuba Gooding Jr.
